2005 GT Intake

So i bought a Roush intake off a 2010 from a guy on facebook, he assured me that it would fit on my 2005. they have the same engine, so i figured, why not. Well, it doesn't bolt right up like I was expecting. Has anyone installed a 2010 intake on an 05-09 and know the process? any help is appreciated.

The 4.6L3V cylinder heads were redesigned and released on Dec 07 (2008 GT's/Bullitt's "Job 2") to solve the spark plug issue. Possibly the bolt configuration for the intake was modified at that time.
Plus the 10 4.6L intake had the CMCV's built in - whereas 05-09 are a separate unit that mounts directly to the heads and then the intake mounts to it. You could no longer buy "delete plates" for the 10. Possibly the bolt configuration was modified at that time.
