5th gear grinding noise and vibrations HELP

I have a 96 gt and when I'm on 5th gear there's lots of grinding noises and when I'm doing 80 or more there's lots of vibrations. What do you guys think?

Have it rebuilt or try a junkyard.

But what do you think the problem is? It was already rebuilt 10000mi ago

If anyone is interested the problem.was a bad U-joint and bearings. All good now

thanks, I care what you put in may help someone who is not a member or someone like me that is browsing and may have a similar problem down the road. I will put this bit of info in the far reaches of my mind if I come across a problem of the same nature later on.
