best bang for the buck heads

anyone have any suggestions for a good bang for the buck head on a fox 5.0. be original. im tired of the gt40/p top end

I just got the Air Flow Research catalog in the mail. They seem decently priced for what you get.

Edelbrock performer heads. That's what I have put on several mustangs.
Always make good H.P. right out of the box, and can make great H.P. when ported!

a friend of mine told me about flo tek 5.0x heads he said musvle mustangs did a write up on them

Dart Pro 1 or Iron Eagle heads are another good choice.

I went with Trick Flow on mine. Nice to have 2.02 intake valves without having to notch pistons and the ports aren't overly big on the non-CNC head for a 302.

Anything less and you will just regret it. You just can't go wrong with Trick Flow.
