BoostedGT Battles All Comers at Bounty Hunters No Prep

If you like watching very fast Mustangs pitted against each other on the drag strip, then we’ve got just the video for you.

The star of the clip below is none other than BoostedGT and his “average”-running turbo Mustang. But if this baby’s only running “a little better than bad,” then we can only imagine how well she’ll perform on a good day. She’s certainly tooled for goodness, with a 390 cubic inch small block and an 88mm turbo that makes somewhere in the vicinity of 1400 horsepower. That number isn’t exact, however, because they did a “trans-brake launch” on the dyno, which sent part of the tire flying past BoostedGT’s window.

Last time we checked in with BoostedGT, he was smoking the competition at King of the Streets. Well, the location may have changed, as the action here takes place at the Bounty Hunters No Prep event, but the results remain the same, as Fox Body after Fox Body gets a grille full of BoostedGT’s exhaust.

Well, until the semi-finals puts him face to face with a similar generation ‘Stang with nitrous to burn. But hey, at least he loses to a Mustang.
